To reset your credentials password on the Paystub portal, follow these simple steps:

  • Go to the official Paystub portal page and look for a link titled “Forgot your code?”
  • Click on the link to proceed.
  • Enter the required details in the fields provided, such as your employee ID and date of birth (in the format of MM-DDYY).
  • Enter the last three digits of your social security number.
  • Once you have entered all the necessary information, click the “Submit” button to confirm the submission of the details.

Requirements For Retrieving Your Account:

To retrieve your account on the DGME Employee ID page, you need to provide the following information:

  • Your legal name as it appears on your social security card.
  • Month, day, and year of your birth.
  • The year when you were first hired at Dollar General.
  • The last four digits of your social security number.
